What Causes Pressure In Head Along With Body Aches While On Cipro?

Hi I took cipro to treat a uti. I was only able to take 5 pills before realizing I was having severe symptoms from it severe body aches like I was getting the flu, joint pain, head pressure that feels like my head is going to explode, nose keeps draining clear yellow color, my lymph nodes in my neck are way swollen. From what I am getting from other reviews is the symptoms can take months to go away. I am worried about tearing my tendons because I Ana nurse on my feet all day but my body and joints kill. My head pressure has not been relieved and it feels like a way bad migraine all the time. What can I do about the pressure? Should I go to my dr to get it checked? Should I bd concerned with long term effects from this drug?
