What Causes Pressure In Head And Dizziness After Head Injury?

about 3 weeks ago whilst cleaning i hit my head quite hard ever since i have had a cold and what feels like presure in my head it constinally throbs but doesnt hurt at all just makes me feel ill when things move too quickly i also get really dizzy and past out and smacked my head 3days ago

Once go for MRI head and ENT examination! To rule out any severity, blood pressure and ECG must be done.
