General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to sinusitis, which is an infection of the sinus lining. I recommend to use anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest using saline nasal spray for local application. I recommend to drink liquids and use a mucolytic in case of mucus.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
