General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI,
Thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
- Your problem seems mostly to be due to the lump you have at the back of head in mid line. It is mostly Dermoid cyst.. which can be surgically removed to get rid of all problems.
Consult a general surgeon for diagnosis ( after examination/ X ray ) & management.
- You can get X ray of cervical spine both AP & lateral view .. to diagnose/ exclude cervical spondelytis .. which can lead to symptoms like yours.
Thanks.
