What Causes Pressure In Head With Dizziness & Waxy Ear?

thick head i not sure if there is something wrong with my ears or head. when i bend down or exert myself i feel alot of presure in my head and sometimes go slightly dizzy only happens sometimes. i have very waxy ears and have to block one ear when i bath or swim can u help thanks

Pressure in the ears is due to eustachian tube blockage caused by nasal congestion or throat infection. Wax can be a reason too.
