General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is possible that the symptoms your mother is experiencing are side effects of her medications or could be related to her pre-existing heart condition. Coversyl plus HD and Seloken XL are medications used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure, and they can cause symptoms such as fatigue, dizziness, and shortness of breath.

Ecosprin AV is a blood thinner that can also cause bleeding and gastrointestinal problems like constipation. Atorfen is a medication used to lower cholesterol levels, but it can also cause muscle pain and weakness. Pantocid D is a proton pump inhibitor used to reduce acid production in the stomach and can cause gastrointestinal symptoms like constipation.

Your mother needs to follow up with her doctor and discuss her symptoms to determine the cause and if any changes need to be made to her medication regimen. The doctor may also recommend lifestyle modifications such as increasing physical activity, maintaining a healthy weight, and a balanced diet to improve her overall health and reduce her symptoms. Additionally, your mother should drink plenty of water and eat high-fiber foods to help alleviate her constipation.

If you require a personalized response, kindly use the Ask A Doctor service and post a follow-up. Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
