What Causes Pressure In Left Eye,bilateral Ears And Neck Pain?

I have had severe pressure in left eye, bilateral ears, and neck pain. I am also very sensitive to noise,and have had trouble finding the words I want to say. All of my symptoms are worse the longer I am up.This started with started with sharp pains in left side of face so my neurologist prescribed tegretal and baclofen for trigeminal neuralgia. I am very frustrated. I have seen an optomitrist and ENT they say their is not a problem they can see. Any suggestions?
