What Causes Pressure In Lower Back Along With Weakness In Legs?

I will be walking and all of a sudden my legs feel like noodles and a pressure feeling in my lower back. It makes me feel like I need to sit down or I ll fall but it only lasts a few seconds and everything is fine again. The first couple times I was carrying my newborn nephew but it has happened since without carrying any extra weight. What could this be? I am also three months pregnant.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pressure in lower back along with weakness in legs . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query sciatic nerve compression , nerve compression or injury due to your condition or peripheral or diabetic neuropathy . I would suggest you to consult your orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe physical therapy along with nerve supplement like neurobion forte . Doctor may consider surgery in severe cases . In some cases doctor prefer to give steroid injection .Doctor may also recommend muscle strengthening exercises . For now do gentle massage , eat healthy and take proper rest . Also apply warm compresses to back . For now take proper rest and do no do ant physical work.
