What Causes Pressure In Right Abdomen During Pregnancy?

Hi, I m 6 weeks pregnant and had a early scan yesterday which showed a fetus with yolk sac, fetal pole and a heartbeat. But today I have stomach pains on my right side and was wondering if it has anything to do with me having a trace of free fluid within both adnexae? Which has been noted after my scan. It does say there was no adnexae masses seen but worried if I have a corpus luteum that s burst? If so will the pregnancy survive without it with it only being 6 weeks?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern if no history of bleeding and the hear beat of fetus is okay then this is nothing to worry, because pregnancy would be safe, still better to be in regular follow up, hope this information helps, take care.
