What Causes Pressure In The Armpit Radiating To The Breast?

Hi I have been feeling preassure on left side of my chest or should I say at area from my left armpit to my left nipple for a few months now,also I have noticed 3 small red dots on that area that weren t there before,I was having some heart issues 4 years ago butt since I started eating and living healthy my blood preassure came back to relative normal 120/60 and I don t have aritmia anymore also my harthbeat is 50-60 due to my enlarged hearh.(I am a men 22 y old) I have a heart checkup tomorrow butt I would like to know you re opinion.
