What Causes Pressure In The Chest After Receiving A Reclast Injection?

I received a Reclast injection 3 days ago. For the past two days I ve had a heaviness in my chest area. Is this a typical side effect? I m not seeing that it is within the symptoms listed. Along with that I have a sore and tender spot mid-spine below ribs. This is a common side effect listed but it appears to be localized to that one area. Would this be consistent with the bone pain that is listed as a side effect? Thank you.
