What Causes Pressure In The Chest And Dizziness?

My sternum has been popping the past couple 3-4 days, and I ve also been having chest tightness and light-headed dizzy spells, it feels like my chest is being push on. (at random, they do not follow immediately after the popping) Should I be concerned or will it resolve on its own

If you feel chest congestion and dizziness, there is you may suffering from Cough. Dry cough is creating like this symptoms. If it is mild will comedown automatically, otherwise you should check to ur doctor
