What Causes Pressure In The Chest And Jaw?

I m a 48yr old woman having some uncomfortable moments now and then, pressure on chest and jaw, but I m also gases and suffer from heartburn/indigestion daily, and the costipation along with gas take your breath away and I find myself trying to control my breathing and relax then it soon passes , heart disease runs n family , I dont have insurance and live on budget, what and where do I begin

chest pain associated with jaw pain usually left side of jaw is related to angina..chest discomfort may also seen in gastritis..pls consult Ur cardiologist to rule out cardiac pathology..
