What Causes Pressure In The Chest, Fatigue And Sweating?

I am 71 and female. i have had pressure in center and left side of chest today. Coughing very hard helped. I am fatigued, and sweating, clammy. While having chest pain, I felt I needed to have a BM and did. My BP has been running low and I take meds for HBP

I had gone through your question and understand your concern .

If i were you treating doctor the first thing that i would do is heart examination cause the symptoms that you describes may be caused by an inferior infarction so you have to go to the hospital as soon as you can to do some examinations of your heart.
You need an ECG , some blood test to confirm the diagnosis of a possible infarct.
Meanwhile you are waiting to go to the doctor of you have chest pain again that last more than 5 Min take an Nitroglicerine under your tongue ( sublingual) and if you have aspirine to ( swollow it)
