What Causes Pressure In The Chest, Vomiting And Facial Pain?

husband 52 years old has had chest pressure for 2 days, vomiting, and face pain also left arm not feeling right he says, had an ekg done today and it was normal now several hours later her has slightly bulging viens in left arm and still discomfort but chest pressure has eliviated. hes very hard to get to a hospital but if you think this could be a heart attack or something else as serious please let me know.

Hello,

ECG can be sometimes normal in patients with a heart attack. It is best for your husband to repeat the ECG and probably have some blood tests such as troponin levels to make sure this is not a heart attack.
