Hi - I am a 49 year old female in pretty good health - do a lot of stairs most every day, watch sugar and fat intake, good stats. Lately, I have been having a tightness in my chest an hour or two before bedtime. Strangely, lying down does not make it worse but I can feel it when I get up. I don t feel it at other times. Sometimes my heart races but then dies down. I sometimes get migraines but seems to be unrelated to this, although earlier this evening it felt like I was getting one with nausea, racing heartbeat and tightness. Right now, all I have still is the tightness/heaviness - no other symptoms. ?
