What Causes Pressure In The Head And Arrhythmia?

I am a 2nd year med student who attends Mac master University in canada, trying to get into the surgical internship program.Three weeks ago I experienced a sinus tach which lead to what I thought to be an anginal pectoris. At emerge the on call did a cardiac work up, sans an echo or EKG. Some standard blood-work. Everything Came back normal, and my tach was gone. The on call contributed it to a coffee I had and
told me to stay away from the caffeine, so, I did. For the past 3 weeks I have
NOT felt 100%, my eyes cant seem to focus, I feel like there is pressure in my
head, arrhythmias, thoughts that there is indeed something physiologically wrong
with me. As I have never exhibited this sort of behavior in my entire life,
always played sports, kept active, its only as of late that I have packed on a
few pounds and hover around a 31 BMI which is overweight. yesterday I had a very
very large attack, and once again went to the hospital, this time a smaller
sister hospital that runs under the same health system. I got an EKG, and
everything once again looked normal... But she did give me a requisition for
more blood work, advised me to take some b12, vitiman d, and gave me 1mg of
adavan if it happens again, also having to follow up with my family doctor to
wear a holster monitor and perhaps further testing. What is your diagnosis on
this situation doctor? I have been very scared as I am so close to becomming a
Medical Doctor, and feel like I cant die now (Logically I know how silly it must
sound, but physically/mentally I do not feel 100%)

Hello,

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your point and I would like to tell you that your symptoms are atypical and all your tests are normal which makes the possibility of having any cardiac issue highly unlikely.
