Hello!

Welcome on HCM!

You should know that your symptoms seem to be compatible with a chronic sinus infection. For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical exam and some tests ( a sinus X Ray study, complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation). A sinus discharge bacterial culture may be needed to investigate for the possible infectious agent and to determine the best treatment options (antibiotics or antifungal agent).

Hope to have been helpful!
Kind regards, Dr. Aida
