General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the pressure in head while coughing or bowel movement indicate possible alteration in fine fluid balance of cochlear pathway affecting certain nerve conduction pathway and producing pressure in the head through endolymph circulatory disturbances.

In my clinic, I do recommend detailed physical examination with Renne and Fork test with Audiometry test to rule out primary possibilities and one may need MRI according to the primary work up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
