What Causes Pressure In The Head?

Hi for the past three weeks I have been experiencing a pressure in my head. It doesn t feel like a throbbing more like a pressure. I have been to the hospital twice. The first time they did a CT scan which was clear and I had some heart monitoring yesterday. They seem to think it is a migraine but I have never had migraines before

You have problem of feel pressure on head that may be because of sinus problem or other reasons.
In migrain unilateral pain occurs..
Mention a intensity and duration of pain with aggravating factor.
Detail history and investigation helpful for further diagnosis .
Consult a neurologist for further diagnosis.
Treat underling cause.
