What Causes Pressure In The Head?

Hello,
I was trying really hard to describe my symptoms and the only thing I could say, is its just a weird feeling, no real pain, my whole body just feel weird. Pressure in my head, I find my hands get cold too and slightly clammy. I feel out of it, for lack of better word, no energy, tired, nauseous , and pressure. I feel like a have a flu coming on, but it goes away. I really don't know what's wrong. I've gone to the hospital and they all say I'm fine, my blood work is fine, there is nothing wrong.....If there is nothing wrong why do I feel like this?

Now about 5 years ago I had a brain tumor removed from my cerebellum. I get regular MRI's done, but lately when I go to the ER and tell them how I feel like just look at me like I'm some junkie trying to get meds. they say it has nothing to do with my tumor and there is nothing wrong. I hate being misdiagnosed and I don't know what to do at this point.

Does anyone else have these issues or is it me? I feel like I'm always tired, just yesterday I felt tired all day my eyes could not stay open, I got home at about 5pm and slept the whole day and night till 6:00am this morning and I still feel tired! my neck does feel tense and my eyes hurt also if any pain I would say its in my eyes from pressure.

I hope someone is able to help me because the hospitals and doctors where I'm from don't seem to care or their too busy to help me. I can't live like this I feel like I'm wasting my days.
