What Causes Pressure In The Legs And Pain In The Hands?

Yes, I have had lower back pain for many years. It now makes the back of my legs feel tight. Causes pain when I blow my nose. I know I have arthritis. My hands feel achy and tight too. Have done pain treatment where they freeze your nerve endings, chiropractor, stretches but it’s always there and hurts/aches.
