What Causes Pressure In The Lower Abdomen And Back Pain During Pregnancy?

I m 35 weeks pregnant. I went to the dr yesterday. My cervix was closed but very thin and soft as the top and opening at the bottom. I m having pressure in my lower abdomen and severe back pains with cramping in the side. Should I go to my hospital ?

If the pain is severe or occurring at regular intervals or there is any bleeding or discharge/fluid then you should assessed.

Assessment is also considered simply if you are concerned, it is always best to address the specific concerns present.
