What Causes Pressure In The Lower Back?
I have pressure in my lower right back it feels almost like gas and I need to have a BM but I had a BM and that wasn t it - the pressure comes and goes when I stand and move around its better right noww its ok but sitting and driving the pressure was buikding up

Drink more water per day....
Avoid fatty food and gaseous foods...
Exercise helpful....
Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables.
After taking this much care still symptoms are present than ultra sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.
