What Causes Pressure In The Shoulder , Wrist And Arms?

There are times when I get this odd tension feeling from my shoulders to my wrists (feels the same as when a blood pressure cuff is tightened) I can use my arms and hands, it just becomes uncomfortable. At the same time I usually need to eat or drink something before the sensation goes away
