What Causes Pressure On The Head?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...so i have this pressure or annoying feeling for like a week now in this one spot only on left side of head above ear, diagonal from end of eyebrow starting at edge of hairline..sort of constantly there..not severe pain, sort of feels like I just want to push it down or rub it like something is engorged..no swelling i can see, no ear pain,eye pain, headaches or sinus stuff..wear a mouth guard at night for grinding teeth..take high blood pressure pill but that was fine last time I was in last year and eyes were good last summer too..doesn't throb just sort of sits there on the side of my temple or head..Have had this other times in the past year too but has gone away..could be stress? I just worry about a blockage or something..Haven't seen a dr. yet, just feel like I want to wait but it is irratating me..what can they really do? thanks, s
