What Causes Pressured Feeling In Head With Clogged Ear?
hi I ve been having pressure inside my head , I feel no pain but I have pain on the top of my right side of my head and some type of pressure inside of my head and my ear feel like its clogged ? this has been going for a month already could you tell me what should I do or what it is I have

Hello,
It is the inner ear or middle ear pathology (as acute otitis media or interna) which is giving you feeling of pressure in head and clogged ear. Best step is an approach with ENT specialist for otoscopy examination and further guidelines, till that time:
- Keep the ear covered with cotton plug
- Avoid pouring any home remedies or water (hot or cold) in the affected ear
- Avoid exposure to high intensity buzzing sounds, cold air
- Avoid use of ear phones and mobile calls
- Prescription of analgesic as diclofenac
antibiotic as cephalosporin, azithromycin or mox-clav
ear drops as ciprofloxacin or moxifloxacin
from your general practitioner to cover the conventional pathogens as of gram positive bacteria.
