What Causes Pricking In The Vagina?

i am forty years old .i had two caeserian childbirths in my twentys.six months back i did a scan of my abdomen and the doctor said evrything was normal.it was just a checkup.recently i had vaginal itching with a slight discharge of light yellowish colour and was asked to use v3 tablets.i used it only for a day and there was alittle blood in the applicator.and the next day i got my periods and have this pricking sensation in my vagina.i am worried about this pricking feeling.please help me
