Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have had a pin prick sensation in my right breast for about three weeks. It would just come and go but is coming more frequently now. It is not in the nipple area but but more on the left side of the breast. My breast has been becoming more achy lately also. What could be causing this?
Hello and thanks you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein and I will try to help you as much as I can with my answer.
It is hard to say but if you can palpate something then it may be abscess or cyst or adenoma and more serious diagnoses as well. You need to do mamography and ultrasound since there is no other method to rule out these issues.
I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
