What Causes Pricking Sensation In The Throat?

About ten years ago, I inhaled a toothpick, yes.I m not in pain on the daily basis, but it s now becoming more and more Uncomfortable, and it s a worry. I can feel it, deep in my throat, it s truly uncomfortable. I have noticed it affects my hearing, eating and yes my sexual activities. My hearing as well as my teeth r a concern. Please help, I m not crazy.

Hello,

Are you inhaled the whole toothpick?!

Your symptoms may be not due to this problem, it may be due to pharyngitis or streptococcus site throat etc.

until the examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
