What Causes Pricking Sensation On Back After Drinking Alcohol?

When i drink anything alcoholic within seconds of taking a drink it feels like someone is poking me in the back of the head with a bunch of tiny needles. This is the only time i ever get that feeling. I dont drink very often but i get this feeling everytime.

I think it is due to in intoxicated phase alchol decrease pain thresod and may affect nervous system that couse tingling but it can occured generlized to whole body
