What Causes Pricking Sensation On The Penis Tip?

I am 25 years old and was vitamin D3 deficient (Before 3 months it was 8.8 and now it is 56). From past 2 days I have been feeling pricking sensation on my tip of penis skin... It s irritating a lot... May I know what s the cause of it? Will it cure by itself? There is no pain in peeing or in masturbation

Hi,

Since you don't have pain during urination we can rule out Urinary Tract infection pricking sensation can be due to local infection, nerve damage, injury.

Make sure you check your blood sugar. If you had unprotected sex we can think of STI.
