What Causes Prickling Sensation In The Abdomen?

Occasional tiny pin pricklike sensation on top of skin of belly. Always the same place. One little spot. Itchy for a moment and goes away. Aloe vera gel helps. Seems to happen when I eat something not in regular diet. Not normally a processed food eater; wonder if getting hyper sensitive when I do have that type of food. No alcohol, no fast food ever, coffee yes, mostly water and tea all day with food
