What Causes Problems In Periods?

i am 16 years old and a couple months ago i was gettin an ultersound and the ultersound tech told me i have a heart shaped uterus didnt tell me much about it all he said it that it wasnt very serious.. now i am trying to figure out what going on with my periods. i bleed really bad and have serer pains could the heart shaped uterus cause that pain and what are my chances of getting pregnant naturaly when i get older
