What Causes Problems With Passing Stool In Patients With Spinal Fusion ?

I had a three level spinal fusion w/instrumentation in 09. A few months ago I started experiencing urinary leakage...i couldnt make it to the bathroom in time. The last couple of weeks I am having the same problem with diarreha...not making it to the bathroom in time...any ideas?

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if the problem is in dorsal spinal cord and it is already surgically intervened then such consequences is likely and this could be due to the nerve damaged that is enervated to bladder and bowel, take care and have nice day.
