What Causes Problems With Vision And Dizziness?

hello, last night while i was in bed my eyes started to do something very strange. They started scrolling. Like a TV where the vertical hold was faulty. Also my vision was tilting from side to side so it was like being in the pilots seat pf a place as it was doing a barrel role. I felt dizzy and lite headed as well. I felt like I needed to struggle to keep consciousness. It happened for a period of 5 seconds or so. Once while I was sleeping and it woke me up. I am a non drinker, non drug user and have not been on any medication. Thank you

it mis likely migraine. you are having disorientation. refraction, fundus examination, ocular muscle movment may be recorded. with these examinatin and investigation the cause can be diagnosed.
