What Causes Productive Cough Along With Sore Throat And Fullness In Chest?

I have an itch in my chest and cough often, sometimes productive and other times dry. I started this 2 days ago with a sore throat and fullness in my chest then started coughing and today my voice is very horse. my throat is not sore but I am coughing a lot. I have had bronchitis in the past could this be it again.

productive indicate more towards bronchitis. physician should auscultate chestand diagnose the condition. acourse of antibiotic like crystaline penicillin 5lac unit im daily for 10 days. bronchodyl suspention should be given poustural drainage of sputum in particular position of sleeping should be encoureged. with this treatment and measures you will improve.
