I had unprotected sex with my partner a month ago. My periods came 3 weeks ago and the last week ive had a brownish discharge and spot bleeding and 2 days ago i had literally an 8 hour period. Ive still got the discharge and now it hurts to pass urine. Plus off and on heartburn and pains in the tummy and headachs.

Hi,

Profuse brownish discharge can be due to infection and hormonal changes so do your thyroid profile test done and there can be super-added gastritis. Start a pantoprazole course. A doxycycline tablet course will be required for brownish discharge.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
