Hi, i am facing problem from near about 1 year after ear operation, doctors r saying that there is pseudomonas bacteria. My ear was operated on 11 August 2014, but i have not got relief yet, puss is continuously discharging, and pain is also there.. And there is swelling in my throat also since it was operated, and my tongue and in my throat is full of chhale, please suggest me....

Read and understood that you had undergone ear - mastoid surgery but still suffering from pus discharge, pain in throat and there are chhale means ulcers in the mouth and on tongue. I would advise in such a case the following: Ulcers in mouth are called aphthous ulcers if less than 3 mm and aphthoid if more so. The exact cause is not known, but it is thought that there may may colitis and treatment with metronidazole, multivitamins and supportive medicines can heal then and reduce their recurrence.
The Pus has to be sent for the following tests: Gram staning, Culture by anerobic as well as arobic methods. Culture for tuberculosis. -CT scan of the mastoids. Once these reports are available, to get a 3 week course of an antibiotic and supportive medicines. see the results or the else you need a revision surgery if you want to have a dry ear.
