What Causes Profuse Sweating Along With Hair Loss And Brittle Nails?

I have sever sweating. I am a 68 y/o female. Other sx are twisting flatting, brittle splitting fingernails with deep ridges. My hair is thinning and dry. Poor sleep habits, bloating, and occasional nausea. Medical hx tachycardia, osteoarthritis, and high cholesterol. What are your thoughts?
