What Causes Profuse Sweating And Severe Anxiety?

i am constantly sweating even when sitting still I am taking atenolol for high blood pressure I always feel anxious as both my parents died from heart problems and my older sister has a cardiac arrest I m 61 and smoke am I going to have a heart attack

Please do consult a Cardiologist who can do an ECG and ECHO cardiogram test and diagnose if you have any heart issues. If all is fine, to remove stress you can do physical exercise, meditation, sleep well, avoid alchohol and smoking.
