What Causes Profuse Sweating?

Hi, I started perspiring profusely. I was in an art museum the air conditioning was very cool. We had been walking and standing at a very leisurely pace for about an hour. Then suddenly I broke out in perspiration and continued for about 15 minutes. I sat down but it still continued.

Sudden profuse sweating is seen with
1. Hypoglycemia
2. Heart diseases
3. Hyperthyroidism.
So better to consult doctor and get done blood sugar level, ecg, 2d echo and thyroid function test (TFT).
Treatment is based on diagnosis.
So consult doctor and diagnose first.
