What Causes Progressing Pain In Back, Hands And Knee?
Hi , I am 30 yr old male and before some months i was daily working out in morning since last 5-6 yrs. Slowly i started getting pain in my left leg knee and i stopped running for couple of months. Now i get slow pain in all over my body, my back , hands knee and also the legs knee.
Kindly suggest why this problem arises and how to cure this.

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like osteoarthritis , fibromyalgia , bursitis, tendinitis or arthritis . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , urine test and physical examination . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant , allopurinol , methotrexate along with nerve supplement . Doctor may also recommend physical therapy . Doctor may also order CT scan, or MRI to rule out disc problem . For now apply warm compresses to back and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
