What Causes Prolonged Bleeding Since Taking Pills For Abortion?

hello Doctor,i m 33yrs female ,a year ago took abortion pill as my first baby was only year old and i wasnt ready for next baby that time so i asked my gyne she said as its just 2days past my due period date medicine pill needed to abort.i took t pill as told and got aborted and bleeding started but did not stop even after 11days,again consulted she gave 3days medicine to stop bleeding,it was like spotting which will off and again came.got sonography but came normal.as this problem was not over i consulted another gyne she askd D&C to find t cause and it was diagnosed as endometrial TB then i took 6 months course for that but since t day i took pill for abortion till complition of course and still after 6months my problem of spotting or exactly i started having periods for 9 to 10days which was ony 3days before tat pill and it was always regular,i never had any period or any other problem before still though t periods r regular but tey last for 10days with spoting.i want to know whether i m cured of tb or not and will i have problem in conceivng again.right now doc gave me contraceptive pill to regularise t long period but i stopped side effects like severe swelling in feet etc.i only missed my anti tb medc for 3days in t fifst mont of treatment as could not meet t doc ,is that t cause or still not cured. please help me doc.
