What Causes Prolonged Bleeding With Abdominal Pain?

hello,my neighbour is only 15 years old and she is having trouble with her menopause. Her menopause started when she was 14 years old but now she is in hospital because she has heavy unstoppble bleeding. And also she has pain in her abdomen. Doctors in here cant find what she has. What do you think is causing this and whats the treatment?
