What Causes Prolonged Brown Vaginal Bleeding?

I got my period April 30th, it lasted 1 week, I was sexually active for the first time in 1 yr (used a condom) on the 14th of May and was lightly bleeding the next day till now. This has never happened before. The blood is brown and I can see tissue in it. Should I go see a doctor?
