What Causes Prolonged Brownish Slimy Discharge?

36/F/5'6"/250/ 1 pregnancy 19 years ago. Pituitary adenoma/Constant ovarian pain... I believe i have a bartholin abscess that I've been treating with a warm water bidet and warm epsom salt baths. I think it's been continuously draining for the past 3 days. The drainage varies in consistency from slimy to thick and in color from brownish/greenish/bloodyish. I have no resources to visit a gyn. Should I be getting concerned? Do I need antibiotics? My only option would be an ER visit.
