What Causes Prolonged Coughing?

Hi, My mom is suffering from coughing problems for last 8 Months .. have been to many doctors who have done lots of investigations, tests and treated with n type of different medicines but till now no improvements at all... I will send the reports and other details if required... Please let me know which is the correct one to send here

Your mother is having chronic cough for 8 months.
This kind of cough is commonly seen with lung diseases like tuberculosis, bronchitis, asthma, bronchiectesis, lung cancer etc.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system, chest x ray, CT thorax and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
These will mostly diagnose the cause for her coughing.
