What Causes Prolonged Depression In Spite Of Taking Eleva Tablets?

Hi .I started on eleva 50mg about 18 days ago.the first 7 days I was on a half tablet and for the last 8 days im on full tablet.there is an improvement but I still feel depress and time to time I got anxiety.can you tell me how long its gonna take to feel a hundred percent.thanks
