What Causes Prolonged Dizziness?

I have had prolonged dizziness since December 10th. At first I thought it was another bought of Vertigo which I get several times a year. The difference is I still have the dizziness. This happens when I get out of bed in the morning or if I am turning my head to the right.

from your history it seems to me that you are having benign peroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).
a simple apley manuver and some regular exercises an treat this.
now in this acute setting you should take talet vertin 16 bd.
consult a ENT specialist for specific management.
